Your account manager will analyze your personal list needs. This includes a review of minimum count requirements, dollar amounts, unlimited use, and the data contained within the lists.

Our list professionals can obtain various types of lists

  • Consumer - consists of home mailing and/or email addresses. Such lists are used to sell products and services directly to individuals and families. These lists can have detailed information added to them to aid in your marketing.  Data such as income, age, home renter/owner, value of home, marital status and more can be added to the file.
  • Residential - contain information on over 115 million households nationwide. Select your perfect list by the locations and criteria that best suit your marketing objectives. Residential lists include the name of the person, address, city, state and ZIP.  Additional data for phone number, birth date and relationships can be added.
  • Business-to-Business - consists of mail and/or email addresses of businesses and their employees. Such lists are used to sell products and services of interest to businesses. These lists include demographic data such as employee size, annual sales/revenue, SIC, NAICS, year established and credit ratings.
  • Occupant List - Get the lowest possible postage rates. Occupant lists include all the addresses in a geographic area and are selected by ZIP Code, radius, county or city. The list you order will contain the address, City, State, ZIP and ZIP4 and carrier route code for all the houses or apartments in your selection. Selects can include post office boxes, rural routes and / or apartments. The files are addressed to Current Resident, but may be title addressed to a more relevant message.
  • Specialized lists such as magazine subscribers, charitable donors, homeowners, and consumers with specific interests (psychographic) can pinpoint deeper target interests. For example, we can get you a list of women who make $50,000, live in a specific metro area, like to knit and drive an SUV.
